J.H Retief Transport has one of the best (i.e. lowest) claims ratios in the industry. However, unfortunately due to the inherent risks associated with packing and removal, incidents of damage or loss do occur which are often beyond the control of any removal company.

Therefore, effects should be insured for ALL-RISKS full replacement cover from the time of collection until final delivery. This cover insures that, if any damages occur, the item will be satisfactorily repaired. In the event that repair is not possible, the item will be replaced with a similar item or the cash equivalent thereof.
